These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the participation in and use of the QBX VIP Club Loyalty Program ("Program") provided by qiibee Foundation ("qiibee," "we," "us," or "our"). By joining and participating in the Program, you ("User," "Member") agree to be bound by these Terms. qiibee reserves the right to amend, modify, or terminate any aspect of the Program at any time without prior notice.
2. Eligibility and Membership
2.1. The Program is open to individuals who are at least 18 years old and have a registered account with the QBX VIP Club.
2.2. Membership is personal and non-transferable.
2.3. qiibee reserves the right to refuse, suspend, or terminate membership at its sole discretion, including in cases of suspected fraudulent activity or abuse.
3. Earning Points (VIR)
3.1. VIR (Very Important Rewards) is the reward point used within the QBX VIP Club, allowing members to earn and redeem points for various benefits and rewards.
3.3. Members can earn VIR through various activities, including but not limited to:

3.4. Any VIR earned through activities suspected to be fraudulent or in violation of these Terms may be forfeited.
4. Spending Points (VIR)
4.1. Members can redeem VIR for various rewards, including but not limited to:

4.3. qiibee reserves the right to adjust redemption values and offerings at its sole discretion.
5. Membership Tiers and Access Levels
5.1. Members can access different VIP tiers through:
5.2. Tier benefits include but are not limited to fixed staking rewards, access to Web3 events, exclusive experiences, subscription vouchers, airport lounge access, concierge services, and dedicated customer support.
5.3. qiibee reserves the right to modify tier qualifications, requirements, and benefits at any time without prior notice.
5.4. From time to time, qiibee may introduce promotions, campaigns, or adjustments to the tier requirements at its discretion.
6. Expiration and Adjustments of VIR
6.1. VIR may have an expiration date, which will be communicated by qiibee in advance.
6.2. qiibee reserves the right to modify or adjust VIR balances due to system errors, fraudulent activity, or changes in Program policies.
7. Fraud and Abuse Prevention
7.1. Members are prohibited from engaging in fraudulent activities, including but not limited to:

8. Changes to the Program
8.1. qiibee reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program, including earning mechanisms, rewards, and membership tiers, at any time.

9. Liability and Disclaimers
9.1. qiibee provides the Program on an "as-is" basis and makes no guarantees regarding the availability or continued operation of the Program.
9.2. qiibee shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from participation in the Program.
9.3. qiibee shall not be responsible for the actions of third-party merchants, service providers, or partners involved in the Program.
10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
10.1. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Swiss law.
10.2. Any disputes arising from or related to the Program shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Zug, Switzerland.
