No, the opposite is the case! When customers redeem Miles at the store, the merchant receives the equivalent FIAT value as Shopify credits. These credits will be used to pay the next monthly invoice. This process ensures that the merchant is fully compensated when miles are redeemed.
Our Starter plan is a subset of the features offered on our Premium plan to help entrepreneurs just getting started. The main difference is that the Starter package only includes the earning of Miles & More Miles, not the spending. Additionally, the Miles are priced higher in the Starter package.
You will be billed in the base currency of your store.
You'll be charged for every Miles & More Mile you send out. Overages will appear in addition to your plan cost on your monthly bill statement.
